About

Adrian and Marianne owners of Deja VuWe’re based in the beautiful Cornish town of Lostwithiel, which used to be the ancient capital of Cornwall but is now better known as the antiques capital of Cornwall. We moved here in 2001 after spending many years working abroad, and this is where we picked up our love of foreign antiques, and brocante. We only stock items that we would be happy with in our house and are always on the lookout for quirky, unusual and one off pieces.

With these pages, we hope to give you an idea of the kind of things we sell and hopefully encourage you to come and visit us, don’t worry if you can’t, we can give you all the details you need over the phone or by email. If your looking for something in particular let us know and we can send photos of anything that might suit. You can buy in complete confidence, we have been featured in various magazines and newspapers including Country Living, English Home, BBC Homes & Antiques and The Independent.

We’re only a few miles from the famous EDEN PROJECT, and just as close to LANHYDROCK HOUSE which is the national trust’s most visited site in Cornwall. We’re overlooked by the medieval RESTORMEL CASTLE which dates from the 13th century, and the town has some of the oldest surviving buildings in the south west. So next time your in the area, be sure to call in and see what great things we have in store.
